At Merchology, every employee gets volunteer time off (VTO). This allows us the flexibility to participate in volunteer activities, even if they’re during work hours. We’re grateful for our event organizers like Danielle, our Office Administrator, who find and arrange opportunities for community giveback! Not only do our organizers set up large events like Impact Week, but they also find everyday opportunities for us to give back, like supply/food drives.
We’re proud to be part of a community of hardworking, helpful, caring people who enjoy going out and making a difference in the lives of others. It can be challenging to step away from your desk when there’s work to be done, so we’re extremely thankful for a team of people who understand that helping others is always worth the time.
