Ordering your custom logo merch is so much easier with your very own dedicated Account Manager! Here’s a look at the five easy steps of our simplified ordering process when you have a managed account with us.

1. Contact Your Account Manager

Ready to place a new custom merch order? With a managed account all you have to do to get the ball rolling is contact your Account Manager by phone or email! From there they’ll be able to answer your questions, give recommendations, and provide quotes.

2. Confirm Your Logo Details

Your Account Manager will work with you to make sure your logo will look perfect on your new merch. Your Account Manager will walk you through the whole logo approval process whether you need to set up a new logo or you just need to confirm your logo on file for a re-order.

3. Pay for Your Order

Once you’ve chosen your merch and approved your logo your Account Manager will either send you an email with a link to your cart, or you can also easily pay for your order on our website at any time as well!

4. Your Merch is Customized

After you submit your payment, our Order Support Team takes over to ensure your order goes through the production process smoothly and any deadlines are met. Then our in-house team of decoration experts skillfully apply your company logo or custom design to your products! 5. Your Merch is Shipped to Your Door

Once your products are decorated with your logo or design, our Quality Control Team inspects each and every product to ensure that it turned out exactly as expected. Once your merch passes our rigorous QA check, it’s shipped straight from our door to yours! We also offer Rush Processing and expedited shipping if you need your order fast, just ask your manager!

When you have a managed account, you have qualified access to free samples of undecorated products. That means you can test your merch ahead of time for fit and functionality before you order! Plus, we'll even let you keep your samples for no added fee.
